Ashley Kobilka

School Acceleration Partner

As a School Acceleration Partner, Ashley works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for school leaders and teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Prior to Jounce, Ashley served as Director of Humanities at D.C. Prep, where she led K–8 literacy and social studies strategy across a six-school charter network. In this role, she oversaw curriculum implementation, assessment systems, professional learning, and instructional leadership development to improve student outcomes. Prior to that, Ashley served as an Academic Assistant Principal and ELA Department Chair, coaching teachers and school leaders to strengthen instructional practice and student achievement. She began her career as an elementary teacher and has dedicated her work to advancing evidence-based literacy instruction and developing instructional leaders.

Ashley holds a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
