Catalyst Academy serves the Lincoln-Lemmington neighborhood of Pittsburgh as a single-site school. Jounce coaches the Principal and Deans of Instruction and helped Catalyst make significant growth in academic outcomes over the past year.

Charter School of New Castle Elementary is on track to surpass state averages in math and ELA across grade levels, and aims to keep moving forward with Jounce coaching and curriculum implementation support until all students are thriving academically.

Since 2023, Jounce has helped the K-5 schools at KIPP Columbus - serving more than 600 students - to strengthen math instruction. After the first full year of partnership, KIPP Columbus K-5 schools saw proficiency increases averaging more than 15 points across state assessments, and the partnership was expanded to support the region’s K-8 schools.
