David Ford

Instructional Leader Fellow

As an Instructional Leader Fellow, Dave works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Prior to Jounce, David was an 8th grade ELA teacher at Beverly Hills Middle School for Upper Darby School District. Prior to that, he taught music to K-8th grade at both private and public schools in Philadelphia. He also served as a principal in the School District of Philadelphia.

David holds a BA from Temple University, an MA from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an Administrative Certification from Temple University.
