Kashonda Mann

Instructional Leader Fellow - Graduate 2026

Prior to joining the Jounce team, Mann served at KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy (KDCA). For seven years, she worked in an array of positions including: Language Instruction (English/Spanish), Instructional Coaching, Liberatory Education Lead, and other teacher-leader duties. Elite service in these roles led to Ms. Mann being named Teacher of the Year at KDCA in 2023.

Mann earned her Certification in Urban Studies/English Education and a Certification in Instructional Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania. Majoring in Sociology and minoring in Spanish, she completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University.

Mann now serves as Assistant Head of School for Instruction at Belmont Charter High School in Philadelphia, PA.
