Keisha Wilkerson

As a School Acceleration Partner, Keisha works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for school leaders and teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Prior to Jounce, Keisha served as Principal in Residence at KIPP DC Quest Academy. For eighteen years, she worked at KIPP DC in an array of positions including: Capital Teaching Resident, Lead Teacher, Special Education Fellow, and Vice Principal.

Keisha earned her Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston. Originally from the Bronx, NY, she now lives in Maryland with her husband and three children.
