Lia Hollis-Jefferson

As an Instructional Leader Fellow, Lia works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Prior to Jounce, served as an Administrative Director at a small, independent private school in Newark, DE for four years. Lia is originally from Brooklyn, NY where she held a number of roles as an ELA Teacher, Interim Assistant Principal, and College & Career Readiness Counselor and teacher.

Lia earned her B.A. from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and her M.S.Ed in Progressive Leadership from Bank Street College of Education in New York, NY. Lia is thrilled to be a part of the Jounce team!
