Nadirah Sulayman

Instructional Leader Fellow

As an Instructional Leader Fellow, Nadirah works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Prior to joining Jounce, Nadirah "Su" Sulayman served as Senior Director of Organizational Learning and Culture at Instruction Partners, where she designed and led leadership development, professional learning, and culture-building initiatives for educators and organizational leaders nationwide. Prior to that, Nadirah spent more than 20 years in education as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader, supporting educator growth and student achievement across Philadelphia and Camden schools.

Nadirah is passionate about people development, cultivating strong learning communities, and expanding opportunities for students and educators. She holds a B.A. from Morgan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership.
