Tatianna Sykes

Instructional Leader Fellow

As an Instructional Leader Fellow, Tatianna works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Prior to joining Jounce, Tatianna worked as a K-8 intervention teacher at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic School through Catapult Learning. Prior to that, Tatianna taught 2nd grade at Mastery Charter Hardy Williams Elementary in Philadelphia. Through these experiences, her teaching philosophy has remained steady: as teachers, we should strive to be constant learners both inside and outside the classroom.

Tatianna holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from RELAY Graduate School of Education and is also a proud graduate of The Spelman College, holding a B.A. in Education Studies.
