Timoshanae Rainey

Instructional Leader Fellow

As an Instructional Leader Fellow, Timoshanae works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce coaching model and leads training for teachers across Jounce partner schools.

Before joining Jounce, Timoshanae taught aspiring educators in the Education Department at Delaware Technical Community College in Wilmington, DE. Prior to that she was a teacher and math instructional coach at Eastside Charter School. She was also a coach at Profound Ladies (NC) and teacher at Thomas Edison Charter School in Wilmington, DE. 

Timoshanae holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, as well as a B.A. from University of Missouri.
