Charter School of New Castle
Since 2021, Jounce Partners has coached CSNC's elementary leadership team and a selection of teachers. Jounce has also supported CSNC's adoption of Eureka Math Squared and EL ELA curriculum. In that time, CSNC has seen school-wide growth in ELA and Math outcomes, including surpassing state averages in math for the first time.

On average across tested grades, proficiency increased by 11 points in math over the last 2 years.
3rd grade students at CSNC outperformed their Delaware peers in Math.
