In physics, Jounce is the second derivative of acceleration: the acceleration of acceleration. Jounce-trained leaders accelerate teacher learning in order to accelerate student learning.

Supporting Current School Leaders
Jounce works with school leaders to adopt a model of instructional coaching that emphasizes curricular expertise, frequent coaching touch points, in-the-moment modeling, and live practice.
Developing Future School Leaders
Jounce hires aspiring school leaders - with a strong emphasis on educators of color - as Instructional Leader Fellows (ILFs). While on the Jounce team, ILFs build their instructional leadership skills and prepare to lead schools where they will invest deeply in teacher practice.
